Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original archival packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
